Toyota Cancún

Terrible experience trying to buy a new Toyota from this dealer. Their sales people must be the worst I have ever encountered, but they think they are good sales people. They also discriminate cash buyers and prioritize those financing their new car with Toyota at the crazy high Mexican APR. The told me I had to wait at least a year and forget about selecting the color I wanted, they would only offer what they had. They did even offer to show me the car I wanted to buy to start building the relationship. Terrible dealer, I would steer clear of these clowns.

Good mechanic, arrogant office, we was on the way true cancun with a minor issue, 15 minutes work, mechanic wanted to help out right away so we are back on the road... Office Mr. Important told him in Spanish we had to wait and leave the car there for 2 days. I fixed my stuff on the road as good as possible and went to an other shop. Sorry but this office jerk need to learn what the word service means!!

We are vacationing from Arizona in our 2021 sienna van. The service warining went on, i decided to take to this place for service, i asked them if they could do the service we come frome the US and he said yes of course, i asked again "are you sure?" and he said, yes of course. When they we're done i asked what king of oil did you used he said, regular conventional oil. WARING make sure they used the proper oil for your car..after arguing for 30 minutes they went to Autozone to get the proper oil..

They offer a drive test of any model you like, give you the best price and I know that in any Toyota dealership you get the same price for the same vehicle, so look for the service. When in Cancun ask for Isabel Ortega the best of the best, who speaks English and Spanish and you save money and time, just a suggestion

Great service, had my van in for maintenance, they cleaned it inside and out.
